HOW TO RETURN THE ITEMS PURCHASED?

You have the right to return the items purchased from us within 15 days of ordering! Please specify the reasons for your return to improve the quality of our service.
The items should only be returned by post to the address of our logistics center, which is listed on your return form.
You must pay the postage for sending the parcel.
We strongly recommend sending a parcel with a mail notification, which is necessary in case of loss of the parcel during transportation.
The items returned must comply with the following requirements:
– it should be returned in the original branded packaging with the labels and fully loaded,
– it should be in a saleable condition without any signs of damage, washing or wearing.
You need to attach to the parcel a completed return form, printed from the section of our site My Account / My Shopping Cart.

HOW WILL YOU BE REFUNDED?

The refunds are made to the bankcard that you used to pay for the order together with an indication of the remittance information from MariParis. Crediting of the funds is made through the payment systems within 30 days from the date of receiving the parcel with the returned goods.

HOW CAN YOU GET TO KNOW ABOUT THE RETURN OF GOODS?

We will send a message to your email as soon as we receive the returned item and process the refund but no later than 30 days, starting from the date we received your parcel in our logistics center. A note of the parcel delivery made on the accompanying mail notification will be a confirmation of receiving the returned goods.

WHAT TO DO IF THE PARCEL ARRIVES IN A DAMAGED CONDITION?

If, on receiving the parcel, you find out that its packaging is damaged, you have the right to:
– refuse the parcel, which will be directly returned to the sender;
– open the parcel at your post office in the presence of a local employee.

If you have entrusted the receipt of the parcel to a third party, you can fill in the appropriate post office receipt, and your claim will be considered at the post office.
In any case, we do not recommend taking the parcel in a damaged condition.

IF YOU RECEIVED THE GOODS OF SUBSTANDARD QUALITY?

MariParis pays close attention to the quality of its products. However, if, in spite of the multistage quality inspection, a product failure is revealed, we ask you to declare this problem to ensure a refund. You should return the item according to the abovementioned rules while making sure to indicate the return reasons. In case we confirm the revealed defect in the item, we will return your money. MariParis will refund you the amount of postage for the delivery and will pay for the return of the parcel.
